Rules for admission to the zoo hotel

Admission conditions for dogs:

    annual vaccination (complex vaccine and rabies) treatment against fleas, ticks (according to the individual schedule of the dog) deworming (according to the individual schedule of the dog) chip

Admission conditions for cats:

    annual vaccination (complex vaccine) deworming (according to the individual schedule of the cat) treatment against fleas and ticks chip


Finance

The cost of living is calculated in calendar days. Payment takes place on the day of placement.

The owner leaves a deposit of 200 GEL in case of unplanned expenses (the food ran out, the owner decided to extend the stay at the hotel, etc.). The deposit is returned to the owner in the absence of additional costs.


Before check-in and check-out are documented: guest card, contract, acceptance and inspection certificate, acceptance and return sheet.

Vethaus reserves the right to refuse to provide services to owners whose behavior is deemed unacceptable by the staff. It also reserves the right to refuse to accept a particular guest without giving a reason.

Included in the price:

    Accommodation of a pet in an individual comfortable room with heating and ventilation. Caring for the guest, walking several times a day in a safe area, feeding on schedule. Communication and games with a pet, individual approach. Veterinary or other special care / maintenance. Video and photo messages about the holiday. We comply with hygiene standards, treating the enclosures with disinfectants and use UV air purification.

Additional services:

When placing at the hotel, the following additional paid services are provided:

    Visiting the grooming salon (washing, cutting, combing, care recommendations) Veterinarian consultation Training sessions with a trainer-trainer Dog kindergarten (day stay of guests)

What to take with you?


    Pet; Food for the period of stay or purchase at our pet store at the hotel; Filler or disposable diapers for the period of stay or purchase from us; We provide a bowl, scoop, tray, but if you wish, you can bring your own or purchase new care items at the pet store at clinic; Favorite toys, a couch, a house, a scratching post at will.

Who do we accept

Dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.

The hotel accepts only pets: dogs, cats with a veterinary passport with all routine vaccinations and treatments; registered with veterinary medicine. Animals must be clinically healthy. We have no right to risk the health of our guests by accepting animals without vaccinations or with obvious signs of illness.

Before checking into the hotel, the doctor conducts a medical examination.

Not accepted

Animals with unknown status

    The hotel does not accept homeless animals in need of quarantine and temporary overexposure, since no one can guarantee that the animal is healthy. Such animals can only be placed in the infectious diseases hospital of the clinic. Puppies and kittens under 4 months old are not accepted: it is by 4 months that all the main vaccinations, treatments have already been made and immunity has been formed.

Time of receipt

Time of arrival and departure to the hotel: from 10.00 to 19.30. We work all year round and around the clock, but the reception hours take place during the working hours of the administrator and doctor. We ask you to negotiate with us in advance the time of your visit to the hotel. In unforeseen cases, the time of arrival and departure is negotiated individually.
