Clinic operating rules

The clinic is open from 09:00 to 20: 00. Patients are admitted from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Before the provision of any types of services, an agreement is concluded between the owner of the animal and the clinic. Services can be provided both on the territory of the clinic and in other places by agreement with the owner. Reception by the doctors of the clinic is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis and by appointment. Pet owners who have made an appointment in advance are received by the doctor at the appointed time. Pet owners who have made an appointment in advance and who are late by the appointed time are accepted on a first come, first served basis. It is prohibited to visit animals that are in hospital from 20:00 to 09:00.
